Waiting for an answer from the Lord can be hard at times. So how does one go through a period of waiting? Here are some tips:
- Do something else to occupy your mind other than dwelling and thinking about the situation or circumstance. You can do something as simple as taking a walk around the neighborhood, getting together with friends, reading a book, going online to do a crossword puzzle, etc. There are many activities you can do to get your mind off the situation.
2. Get into the Word of God and meditate on “waiting on the Lord” scriptures. For example, Isaiah 8:17, Isaiah 40:31, Habakkuk 2:3
